History

1942 Takaoka-Seisakusho founded as a Navy munitions plant in Naimen, Takaoka.
1949 Transformed business to cast iron production, capitalized at JPY 2 million. Became a designated factory for water supply equipment for Toyama and Ishikawa prefectures.
1973 Introduction of low frequency induction furnace and F1 / PC lines.
1974 Capitalized at JPY 5 million.
1977 Began the manufacturing of Spheroidal graphite iron castings and industrial parts.
1979 Capitalized at JPY 10 million.
1981 Introduction of BSM automatic molding machines and automatic production line.
1982 Capitalized at JPY 20 million.
1983 Introduction of self-hardening furan lines; increased the number of BSM automatic lines to create a 100t/monthly production system.
1986 Introduction of a high frequency induction furnace at 600 kw/0.5-ton furnace.
1987 Built automatic molding machine AMF II and automatic lines
1989 Introduction of high frequency induction melting furnaces to boost production capacity to 150t/month.
1990 Introduction of a cooling drum to save labor
1993 New plant built in Yokkaichi and Takaoka, introducing state-of-the-art equipment.
1996 Introduction of automatic deburring robots.
2001 Introduction of PAP automatic pouring equipment.
2006 Innovated AMF Automatic Ⅲ molding machine and additional Automatic Line in 2006.
2007 Built an additional sand processing line.
2008 Built additional high frequency induction melting furnaces. Increased the number of furnaces to two 2-ton melting furnaces and to create a 450t/monthly production system.
2012 Certificated Environmental Management Standard ECO Stage 1. Established Painting booth.
2013 Introduction of an arm-type coordinate measuring machine, the CAE casting system JSCAST, and USM-Go ultrasonic test equipment.
2014 Certificated ISO9001.
2015 Updated PCF automatic pouring equipment and CB Controller.
2016 Established second factory and machine processing department.
2017 Certificated ISO 14001.
